Adding a search box to your website

There are three main ways you can add a search to your web site:

1. If your site uses a CMS then it may have a search module that is easy to install (some popular ones listed below):

• Drupal search module
• Wordpress search plugin
• Blogger search form

2. You can use the power of Google to search you site using the Google custom search (you need to have a google account to generate the code):

3. Trick google into only searching within your site using a hidden search field containing your website URL - check out my previous post with the code:
